Cities number six through ten on the 2012 QOL survey are: Düsseldorf , Germany; Frankfurt, Germany; Geneva, Switzerland; Copenhagen, Denmark; and Bern, Switzerland.
What a job! Someone has to get out there and do the legwork, right? Conduct surveys, check out conditions. In the US, which of the top 50 ranked would you want to be assigned to? Honolulu (28), San Francisco (29), Boston (35), Chicago (42nd) or Washington, DC at 43rd?
Not to confuse Quality of Living with Quality of Life. The latter is more about an individual's emotional state and personal life. Someone could live in one of those high ranking QOLiving cities and still have a poor QOLife because of unfortunate personal circumstances such as illness or unemployment.
